College coaches recruit based on only three things: Academics, Athletics and Attitude. Therefore, players must build a strong foundation in each of these areas beginning in elementary and junior high school.

The Junior SportsWorx program has been designed in response to direct requests from many highly-regarded and influential college coaches, club coaches, camp directors and athletic organizations from across the United States. The general feeling is that the overall development of young athletes in today's society is poor and that the best time to have a positive impact on changing this trend is to get to them when they are young enough to want to and be willing to change. As a result, SportsWorx has set out to be the catalyst for that change. We have designed a program to educate and inform young players and their parents on what they should do and how they should do it. Our videos are compiled from various sources to give a wide diversified offering to our users.
