Prikeba ("Keba") Reed Phipps is a retired volleyball player from the United States, who represented her native country at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece. There she finished in fifth place with the USA National Team. She also competed at the 1988 Summer Olympics.

Currently, Keba has her own Youth Volleyball Club practicing out of the Campo Family YMCA, Valrico, Florida: KP Elites.

J has applied to some different schools and was accepted. She has had a lot of academic scholarship money offered to her. The coaches have talked about preferred …. She is happy with that because she did not want to mess with her academic money. There were schools with softball money interested but they did not have high enough academics or an engineering dept.
